Right. Now that I have your attention, have this extinguisher. And now let's proceed.

You may have noticed that my sidebar has undergone a change in the last week or so. The links list has now been divided up into three sections: Kelza's personal/contact links, the charities I support and, last but not least, the Writers section. Lixin, aka the wonderful bulletbox, has already got her very own shiny link there.

So, this is the post in which I invite you all to throw your writing links at me, whether they be separate blogs on LiveJournal, your personal journal which you lob all your writing onto or a blog that isn't here in the Eljayverse. You can link to my blog if you want.

It might help, especially to those of you who, like myself, aspire to be published, to have connections dotted about on the Internet. I'd say more, but there isn't much else to be said! Now, without further ado, hurl your links if you so please!

Do you and I have a similar resolution for 2011? I ask this because you seem like you're posting stuff about writing, like writing articles and how to stuffs. And because you're trying to broaden your writing connections. And that's what I want to do, I just haven't started yet. My procrastination resolution is not working so well haha.

You can add me if you want. I'm going to make some public posts in 2011 that are all about writing and how to stuffs. :)

I didn't think about making a linkage area for pimpage though. I ought to do that. Starting with you. :)

Not a resolution of the New Year's variety; just a general drive to get a bit more connected in the writerly world :) Hence the making my latest journals public, the sudden abundance of articles on writing - I'm also trying to dredge up some recent comedy scripts but I'm growing increasingly convinced that they're lost within the inaccessible depths of my old computer. I just need to start getting my work out there before university.

So I would be adding your normal journal, then? I just want to make sure because I remember you had amusethemuse and I can't remember if you deleted it or not.

Ahh. Understandable. That's what spurred mine, but I decided to put it off for New Year's Eve to make me even more excited about it and thus (in theory) more likely to do it. Haha. I hope to try to compete in some contests too to try to get my name out there, y'know?

I'm too paranoid to take part in contests. Somehow I've had this opinion drummed into my head that nothing I write is any good, and would be instantly owned. But I think I should get my act together and give it a whirl; perhaps start doing linebyline pieces again.
