I'm right there with ya! Like...exactly. Okay, so I don't drink tea, never found one I enjoy, but I'm the same size and aspire to be a 14. I was really close, but coming to college means that I am no longer in control of my food like I was. They feed us pretty crappy stuff, plus I'm a bit of a um picky eater at times too.

Apparently we're average though. But, I do want to get healthier. My dad has weight issues and with that have come all sorts of health issues. I don't want that to happen to me, so it's time to change.

My biggest problem is portion control. And I love sweets. I've been going mad with chocolate lately. I feel like the only way to get more is to have an IV of chocolate hooked up, which would be just as bad as it sounds.

My brother started this diet - or as he calls it: lifestyle choice/change - where you eat 3-5 meals depending on your weight and how much you want to lose. The catch is calorie counting. He allows 400 calories per meal and it's actually done wonders for him.

He gets some recipes from here: http://www.hungry-girl.com/chew/

Oh, and there's an online counter thing here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/

I've tried the latter of the two; it's quite lovely. I don't know if it'll have some of the items you have where you're from, but you can add items if you have the nutritional value and save meals you have often. It's pretty cool.

*high fives you*

Let's do this!!!

(walking around taking pics is a good idea btw; I should try it.)
